$250 Million Awarded to a Single Mesothelioma Victim
A retired US steel worker was awarded one of the highest verdicts in a Mesothelioma lawsuit. The victim was 70 years old and had difficulty walking and breathing: the jury through the verdict sent a message to big corporations.

Some victims may get as much as
10 million dollars and many over 5 million dollars. However results will vary, our attorneys have collected over one billion for our clients but some will recieve only a portion of remaining settlement funds. A lawsuit was brought against the manufacturers of the asbestos products to which she was exposed and the settlements totaled over $3.8 million.
